1Who is responsible

to be added shortly (company reg. no. to be added shortly) is the controller of the personal data on printhead3d.se. If you have questions about your data, email nemo@printhead3d.se.

2What we use and why

When you order

Data
Name, address, email, phone number, what you bought and how you paid (not your card number).
Why
To deliver the order, send the receipt and help you if something goes wrong.
Legal basis
Our contract with you. Receipts and orders are also kept because Swedish bookkeeping law requires it.
How long
Orders and receipts for seven years under the Swedish Bookkeeping Act. Other details until you ask us to delete them.

When you upload a 3D file

Data
The file, your choices (material, colour, quality) and when it was uploaded.
Why
To work out the price, print the part and make it easy to order again.
Legal basis
Our contract with you, and our legitimate interest in letting you order the same part again.
How long
Until you ask us to delete the file.

When you write to us

Data
Name, email, order number, your message and any pictures you attach.
Why
To answer and help you.
Legal basis
Our legitimate interest in answering what you ask about.
How long
As long as the matter needs, and to be able to follow it up.

The newsletter

Data
Your email address and when you signed up and confirmed.
Why
To send the newsletter.
Legal basis
Your consent. You can unsubscribe at any time with the link in every email.
How long
Until you unsubscribe.

When you visit the site

Data
IP address and technical information in logs.
Why
To keep the site secure and stop abuse.
Legal basis
Our legitimate interest in a secure website.
How long
A short time.

3Where your data is kept

Orders, files and customer details are kept on our own server in Sweden, on an encrypted disk, and backed up every night. Only we have access to them.

4Who we share data with

We only share what is needed with the companies that help us run the shop:

  • Stripe takes the payment. Stripe is itself responsible for the data it needs to stop fraud.
  • Klarna, if you pay with Klarna. Klarna is an independent controller for its part.
  • PostNord gets your name, address, phone number and email to deliver the parcel and notify you.
  • Brevo sends our emails: order confirmations, shipping notices and the newsletter.
  • Cloudflare runs the website, protects it from attacks and forwards messages from the contact form.
  • Google (Gmail) is where our email lives, including what you email us.

We also hand over data when the law requires it, for example to the Swedish Tax Agency.

5Transfers outside the EU

Stripe, Cloudflare and Google are US companies and may process data in the United States. Transfers are covered by the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework or by the European Commission's standard contractual clauses.

6Cookies and browser storage

We don't use cookies for statistics or marketing. The site keeps your cart and your language choice in your browser so they are still there next time. This is needed for the site to work.

Cloudflare may set a necessary cookie to protect the site from attacks. When you pay, you go to Stripe's page, which uses its own cookies for the payment and to stop fraud.

If we start using cookies for statistics or ads, we will ask you first.

7Your rights

You have the right to:

  • know what data we have about you and get a copy of it,
  • have mistakes corrected,
  • have your data deleted,
  • restrict or object to how we use it,
  • get the data you gave us in a format you can take with you,
  • withdraw your consent, for example to the newsletter.

Email nemo@printhead3d.se and we'll help you. If you want us to delete your files and details, we do it without fuss. The only thing we must keep is what bookkeeping law requires: orders and receipts for seven years.

If you think we handle your data wrongly, you can complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY), imy.se.

8Changes

If we change anything, we update this page and the date at the top.
